Tahir FirasahA python is an overwhelming adversary that seeks to bind or consume. The name carries the sense of a constriction that leaves no room for escape. This dream does not signify a minor difficulty, but rather a force that threatens to seize the entirety of a person’s standing.
The presence of a python marks a period where treachery is the ground upon which a person stands. This dream is not a sign of random misfortune, but of a calculated movement against one’s interests. An aggressive impulse is at work. A python is a weight that seeks to settle.
The scale of the threat increases when a big python or a python attack occurs. The weight of the adversary is felt in how it presses against the limits of a life. The magnitude of the adversary is felt in the suddenness of the movement.
Success in overcoming the threat is found in killing a python, catching a python, or seeing a dead python. These dreams show that the deceit is averted. The constriction is broken.
A python in a house brings the adversary into the very center of stability. The dream shows that the threat is no longer external, but has entered the sphere of the household.
The darkness of a black python intensifies the sense of an unseen and heavy adversary. This dream makes the presence of the threat feel more absolute.

I went outside the house and saw a fish pond as I was watching a man brought out a little green snake he caught and complained that the snake bite him and it was licking his blood.
