I had a dream that i was at work, (i work in a call center) and i had this difficult customer on the phone and i started to cough. When i coughed i felt something that needed to come up, but nothing did. I coughed again and this large ( the size of a wash rag) piece of mucus came up and it has EVERYTHING i has ate. The food particles were still whole, there where whole grapes, strawberries, pecans etc.. but i coughed this whole thing up and then a smaller one came up after that.
