Hi, I had the worst nightmare I ever had. I dreamt my only daughter (regress to age 5) myself and her grandfather were walking on a high bridge over water. She was happily riding her bike but somehow fell through an opening on the side of the bridge. I watched as she was falling. I was screaming and terrified. A female had jumped in, off the bridge, after her.
The bridge was high enough to result in death. I woke myself up screaming and panting. In the dream I felt paralyzed and terror.
