I was around friends and family in my kitchen at home, I had a task to take frosted glass cups full of water from the refrigerator to the sink to be cleaned. A friend took the first cup and accidentally dropped it shattering on the floor. I carefully go around it, but as I grasp the next cup it breaks into large pieces and shards that are now deep in my hand. When I use my other hand to discard the remnants of the of the cup, I immediately get more large to microscopic shards in my other hand.
