For its more general meaning: Dream about water
I was in church with congregation and there was a large flood all over the church ground though the church structure was still standing, the flood water was brown and muddy and it came with heavy wave like the water made curls on the ground as it was rising. A part of the congregation started attacking the other section of congregation, The other section that were being attacked started fleeing the church. Some of the oppressors swam into the water and started catching the legs of the other congregations that were running away from the church. I was lucky to see the move by the oppressors that dived into the water to trap the legs of the other people. I change direction and fled the church through another route, as I was running I turned back and saw a man that was part of the oppressors, I took a turn to disguise my escape. I saw him at my back, he brought his hands from his pocket, opened his palm-it had a white substance, and he told me to “taste it, sweet”. It tasted like sugar.
