Okay, i was on bike then the bike ran into a gutter but I quickly jumped before we could get into the gutter so I walked a pole and saw a mad man lying down quietly. Then when I approached him he held a small stone while I raised a big stone like to scare him away but he never moved from his position or tried to frighten me. So as I was leaving I saw a kitchen knife just ahead of where he was lying down and I had to go with it because I was afraid he could injure someone with it if he see it.
