I was at the office working with my female colleague ( a former classmate) and my female manager (previous manager way back 2013). She has a Client in the line (phone). suddenly she passed on to me the phone without any knowledge on their discussion. The client (old bald man) got mad and ask to meet me with my manager. We (my manager, me and my colleague) me the client. surprisingly the client isn’t mad and is happy to meet us.
