Pulling an endless strand of hair out of my mouth

I have a dream about shopping for kids toys with my old high school who I haven’t seen in ages. I then went into a black van with some people. As we were driving, I was taking out black clumps of hair from my mouth. I asked to stop the car, but they wouldn’t. So I kept scraping the hair out & then something was hooked onto my tongue, I broke it off, it was a long 2 pieces of sewing leaves hooked on that I broke off. I was shocked but relieved.
