I saw the back of my throat was black and then sometime later in the dream I was pulling a white thick string from my mouth and I was gagging but it seemed it went on forever and I ran to the bathroom because I had to go and when I finally got it out of my mouth; I looked down and my foot was in the toilet cover in the fecal matter up to my leg. I also remember seeing someone in the background of the bathroom door that was partly open, and I was half naked below my waist.
