I had a dream where I had toothpicks under my skin,(arms) and I started pulling them out, it didn’t hurt though,but I did have scratches on both my arms and this person told me it’s”toxic” to pull them out on myself and I replied” what am I suppose to do? Leave them there?

I had a dream that I was trying to plus something in using one of those “fabric” wrapped cell phone chargers. It was mainly red. The tip of the charger broke off and somehow I stabbed the palm of my hand with it. I removed a few long pieces of metal wire. Then I went to pull another piece and it was the width of the charger, and a coiled pice of metal about an inch long. Then there was another piece and it kept pulling from deep in my hand and mainly in my wrist about a foot and a half long.
