I was arguing then fighting with my son (who recently died from a drug overdose). Some guy was trying to stop my son from hurting me. But my son was finally able to get near me and was trying to stab me with a very large syringe into my ear. In my dream I heard a really loud high pitched ring in my left ear as I struggled with my son, trying to keep the syringe away from my ear. I woke up just when he was about to stab me in my ear.
