Hi, I dreamt I was trying to wake up but was having sleep paralysis. I know I am dreaming but everytime when I thought finally I woke up I realised I am still asleep. It went on a loop and then I saw a friend sitting next to me on my bed. She was talking to me but I don’t understand a word, she smile and like a spirit dive into my stomach. I felt the strong force aroud my stomach its slightly uncomfortable but not scary. I woke up.

Hi, I dreamed I was organizing who was going to sleep in which room with someone familiar (maybe a friend can’t recall their face, I think it was a woman). Then we enter a room, we are by the feet of the bed and she starts saying No No, don’t. towards something behind her but I can’t see anything.
