I was in a building that looked like a traditional Spanish house courtyard, with rooms on three floors. I was on the lowest floor and felt two presences: one on the first floor with me and another on the second, watching me. The presence on the first came out of the shadows and started chasing me; I knew he was a vampire, and the other was too, but I kept looking up for help from the one that stayed in the shadows. I sensed I knew him, or I knew he wasn’t like this other vampire.
