I’ve dreamt that I was taking a bath and suddenly noticed that my tattoo faded.

in my dream i got a tattoo on my left forearm of a eye but within that day it faded and couldn’t be seen anymore?
I was showing people my tattoo when it started to to fade (the heart) and morph into something else (the lotus turned into ganesha) and the whole tattoo took on an Indian/hindu look.
As I was hugging someone (couldn’t tell who they’re) bits of my tattoo stuck on the person, it basically peeled off. This tattoo is the birth date of my late father.
In my dream, I was getting ready for my next tattoo. Showing them my Yin Yang on my left ring finger was faded. Then completely disappeared. I felt scared, alarmed, panicked.
