I dreamed that i was being hugged by a bear and the arms of the bear were holding me tight and when i tried to pull away the arms would tighten and I could feel the claws gently pressing into my arms above my wrists and when I relaxed the claws would stop pressing but the arms still held me tightly ,,.. when i woke up i was clasping my wrists crossing hands and my finger nails were pressing into my arms above the wrists.
