I was walking towards a police checkpoint where they were collecting money from passers-by. They had a small desk/table with them with some waist belts. I got to the point, packed the belts without them knowing and went away with them. The belts appeared new and were in black and brown colours. Looking through the windshield of my car at the driver’s empty seat, I watched as the notched end of a black leather man’s belt slid up & over the seat’s headrest~top, being pulled by a man’s right forearm (Much like a snake climbing up and over a window sill) Colors: White seat. Red trim and headrest. Black leather belt. It’s scary. The seat was empty; no sound or people other than the forearm. A good 4″ remained hanging over the seat, where the driver’s right shoulder would be.
