I had a dream about our dog being in a fight with a snake. Our dog bites it on the head[from what I remember] first and–as lone dogs are prone to do–assumes the threat has passed. However, the snake’s not dead and it bites him. I cringed at the sight in real time as though the bite would be fatal.
For some background that may(not) matter: We ONLY keep our dog outside. We do believe he should be treated as an animal. Still, we do not abuse our dog, he receives food/water(mostly food we don’t eat), & we try2view him as a lowly servant. The only issue /w that is he’s more loyal to strangers than he is to us. There’s a dog lover in the community[that we consider close] & there is a church next door, so I feel as though that’s a breeding ground for a disloyal pet. After years of roaming free in that environment[plus liability fears], we eventually got a big locking cage4when church happens. But, damage done, though! So, he’s a contradiction to the dream to say the least!
While traveling by bus, there was a snake in the corner of the road, the bus ran over the snake and the snake was obviously in pain now, so it crawled up the side of the bus and came in through the back window where I was sitting.
The snake then made it’s way out the bus through the door on the right, and the bus driver’s dog attacked and killed the snake.
I had a dream of two baby snakes. one was black and the other was bright light green. my puppy killed the black one and the green one kept growing by the hour and slithering out of his cage, I would have to dig through my clothes to pick him up with something to put him back. I would scream at my dog everytime he would pick the snake up and try to play with it.

In my dream I was going to play with puppies but as I opened the gate, one of the puppies (black coloured one ) killed a small baby snake I was trying to save both of them but I was terrified so I couldn’t do anything. And when I go further in that house where the puppies was there was one big snake which was fine and hiding , a little time later when I go back to see the big snake it was cut in two halves . I woke up… and after woking up I feel so bad that I couldn’t save them
