Tahir FirasahA hole is a hidden snare or a point of danger. This symbol marks a breach where the stability of a life is compromised by what lies beneath the surface. Such a dream does not signal a settled path, but rather a vulnerability in the foundation of one’s affairs.
The presence of a hole indicates a loss of containment or a leak in the security of a household. This dream points to a moment where what was once whole becomes fragmented. A hole is a space where the integrity of a structure is tested by an unseen void.

A hole in the ceiling, or seen as a hole in the roof, changes the nature of the threat to the safety provided by a high shelter. A hole in the roof of a house suggests that the very shelter of a life is being compromised. This detail shifts the focus from a simple snare to a threat against one’s primary security.
The appearance of a hole in the floor or holes in the ground strikes at the very base of a person’s affairs. This detail indicates that the earthly foundation upon which a life is built has become unreliable.
The experience of falling down a hole or falling into a pit signifies a sudden loss of control over one’s progress. Being caught in a hole or in a pit shows how a person is humbled by a sudden lapse in their stability. These dreams show how a person can be trapped by a sudden void in their worldly base.
The movement of coming out of a hole signals the regaining of a level footing. This dream shows the ability to rise from a position of vulnerability.
The act of digging a pit or digging a hole turns the danger into something brought to light by one’s own labor. This action suggests that the person is actively revealing what is hidden below, often through their own efforts.
A big black hole adds a quality of total obscurity to the symbol. This darkness makes the danger impossible to gauge and removes any sense of what might be found within the void.
An expanding sinkhole carries a much heavier weight because the trouble is actively widening. This dream describes a moment where the very ground beneath one’s feet fails.
A deep hole increases the sense of a hidden trap. This state of the symbol intensifies the feeling of a danger that cannot be seen.
