Tahir FirasahA labrador signifies an inquiry into the validity of a concept or a trial of a method. An idea is put to the test to see if it holds its ground. It is a dream of active investigation rather than a dream of passive observation.
The process of this trial determines if a pursuit is fruitful or if the energy spent is being wasted. This dream uses the animal to separate what works from what fails. A successful trial grants certainty to the path. The labrador provides the means to distinguish between a viable course and a failing one.
A black labrador marks a dream where the attempt is obscured or lacks direction. The darkness of the color signifies that the trial has not yet yielded a clear result.
A yellow labrador indicates that the inquiry is approaching a state of clarity. The brightness of the color suggests that the results of the experiment are becoming visible.
For its more general meaning: Dream about a dog
I dreamed 3 chocolate Labrador puppies were owned by these macho men who like music. One of them said the dogs kept asking for the same record so they tied boxes of matches to their ears and set fire to the record But this meant the puppies ears caught on fire I was trying desperately running back and forth to a tap to get water and throw it over the puppies .They survived but were nearly dead. One of them I was holding in a towel with cinders around it, the puppy told me psychically it’s dead.

In my dream, I was walking through a road and a yellow dog (a friendly one) began to follow me. I turned back and went back indicating the yellow dog to follow me, then it went to a house where there were few other dogs and then the owner told me to choose one of them. The yellow dog sat waiting with an expression knowing that I’ll choose them.
