Tahir FirasahA mountain lion denotes courage found in solitude. This symbol signifies the strength required to stand apart from the collective, where the self is both the protector and the lone actor. The dream does not denote a social struggle, but rather the fortitude of the singular spirit.
The animal signifies a time of self-reliance. This dream is read as the capacity to endure without the support of a crowd. A mountain lion remains a sign of an internal resolve that does not seek external validation.
The appearance of a puma adds a quality of swiftness to the underlying strength. If the puma is black, the danger is felt as something more certain and shadowed. These variations turn the dream into a warning of a sudden and silent adversary.
Being attacked by a mountain lion signifies an onslaught that occurs without the protection of known defenses. This dream shows the weight of a strike that leaves no room for retreat.
A cougar or a black cougar indicates that an enmity is currently lying in wait. These dreams point to a rivalry that remains unseen until it is too late.
A mountain lion in a house shifts the focus to the sanctuary of the individual’s daily existence. The symbol here marks a danger to the very order of one’s home.
