Wow! This is so close. First of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to explain my dream! Well, this pastor fired me last month on false grounds—a lie that a colleague had told him. This lady told him that someone had gifted me with a huge sum of money, but I would not give the church some of it or even testify about it. So that lie became part of his sermons every Sunday. And the pastor could not hide the hatred he developed toward me. But I chose to remain calm and silent about the situation because I believed the truth would eventually come out; after all, there was no such money, to begin with. And even if someone had given me any money, was it necessary for me to give a testimony? The pastor’s reasoning was that I should have given a testimony because he was the one who had been praying for me. Wow! Really? So, from that time on, he had been looking for a reason to get rid of me. So, on January 22nd, 2023, he asked me to see him after the church service, which I did. The reason he gave for relieving me of my duties was that they were no longer relevant since the department was not functional Hahaha!
I believed I was good at what I was doing. Now, I’m without a job for doing nothing and I need to work. What must I do about the situation? Jobs are not easy to find. Perhaps you are right I need to detach myself from that church but I need the job. I really am trying to move on but I was surprised about the dream- me washing my former pastor’s pillow when he got the job from me. And trust me, I was not moved when he said it. I had a kind of peace within me. Up to now, I’m feeling peace. It’s the thought of not having a job and a salary every month that is getting to me. I need to pay bills, rentals, etc.
