I have reoccurring dreams where I am texting “someone” who is actually myself, having vague conversations, and it results in that other version of me, chasing me to try and kill me. The setting is different, but the story line is the same. It’s always me just hanging out texting someone who ends up being myself and then I’m faced with this killer who chases me or traps me into these spaces, such as a car, and tries to attack me.

I had dreamt that this serial killer wanted by the FBI was chasing me everywhere demanding vulgar things. He never attempted to stab me but killed everyone else in his path. Then he was more “hunting” instead of “chasing” me. While he was searching for a knife nearby, I opened this window in the wall but it wouldn’t open until I lifted all 5 windows attached to the same frame. I did escape though. I went into a nearby store and hid. The people told him that they had never seen me and he left.
I had a dream about a killer breaking into my house and killing my family.no matter how far i ran they would catch me somehow they didnt kill me when they caught me but i was in the house of the killers just sitting on the dining table with a ghost of a sibling on the couch.
In the beginning of my dream I was already challenging a serial killer to go ahead and chase after me. Now, I wasn’t convincing myself that he WAS ONE because he looked innocent till he blurted out his name and I soon realized he is one of the most dangerous individuals in my dream. He turned into a monster right before me and chased me with a knife. He was so obsessed, that I had to run and hide endlessly. Then I jumped into a murky water, swam and hid but he was still able to catch me.
