I had a dream being I was 3/4 of the way up, leaning up against the outside window of a skyscraper facing towards the building. Not looking down, it was dark then all of a sudden I was inside with my dog and I took him down the stairs but right before I got to the bottom I reized I forgot his leash so I was going to walk back up but I noticed there were 3 or 4 doors and I could not remember how to get back up to where I was.

Yes, I do agree. I have been experiencing emotional outbursts. I am dealing with struggling between looking out for myself vs putting others before my own needs. It’s a challenge for me because I usually put others first. I’m optimistic about persevering through any challenges though.
