I saw two adult rockweiler while walking. The femalerockweiler on the right side had puppies, but didn’t bark at me. However, after I crossed the street she came over to the area and just starred at me. The other male rockweiler was on the left side walking with his owner and popping. Then, I tried to walk pass them both but got confused on how to leave without getting noticed.

I saw like 3 or 4 Rottweiler puppies along with my own adult Rottweiler. I was letting them out in the yard, any meaning to this?
