I saw a dream where I was trying to save a mumma bird and a baby bird but then some cats attacked us I tried my best to save the birds by pushing them away but I failed to save the birds and they got killed but not sure if the cats were the one who killed them cause I saw their head away from their body and I assumed that the cats were the one who did it

I know its not quite the same concept, but i couldnt find a more similar page for what i dreamt. I had a dream where i saw a cat wanting to attack three magpies, so i grabbed the cat to protect them, and it ran away. The magpies seemed to trust me after that event.
