I dream about centipede crawling on my leg than bite me and i kill it and split it in half and than i woke up and bite feel so real even i check may lag after waking up

I dream I was working through a forest with my bf and another guy , we were going for a party then some sort of centipede bit my neck I told my bf to remove it cus I was struggling to but couldn’t , I don’t know I started panicking n I saw blood oozing out from my neck. I quickly covered it,but I realize I was the one who was scared for myself the more , we saw a hospital near by , when we got there she said she can’t help , then we went to the next that’s when I woke up when they had to help
