Rubbing a dog’s belly is understood as the act of seeking comfort from a loyal companion or engaging with a source of faithful support. The gesture seeks to touch the core of a connection that is rooted in devotion. This dream does not signify a confrontation with a hostile force.
The hands move upon the animal to find peace. This interaction secures the dreamer’s standing among trusted friends. Ease remains in the bond between the seeker and the protector.

I dreamt that this golden retriever came into my house through the garage and my attention was solely focused on him. He had a good energy and he let me rub his belly and shortly after the owners came in to my garage and took him back. I was sad that he had to go but I enjoyed the time with him because I knew it was significant in some way.

I dreamt I was looking through a very lg picture window telling someone, or myself, how beautiful it looked outside and across the way I could see a man past the garden in another home. I got closer to the slider window, I looked down, there was a dog n I reached down and scratched his belly. It was a happy white puppy dog, very content I was scratching his belly. At first I wasn’t sure if it would like it. It made me laugh seeing a pup so happy getting a belly rub/scratch. What is the message?

Thank you so much. Your first sentence was very accurate! I am lost. I don’t know how to proceed. And, deep down inside I’m aware I must change my approach, my way of thinking… everything you said in your last sentence. I just don’t know how. I feel very lost, am alone, overwhelmed and metaphorically paralyzed.
