Tahir FirasahDamaged shoes signify a disruption in the progress of a life’s journey. The root of the symbol suggests the movement of the feet, and when the vessel of that movement is compromised, the capacity to advance is diminished. This dream is read as a warning of instability rather than a sign of total cessation.
A state of being unable to move forward is signaled by shoes breaking. The loss of a functional tool for travel means the means of proceeding are disabled. A small measure of resilience remains when the path is met with endurance. Damaged shoes mark a period where the footing is no longer certain.
A drain on the strength needed for the journey is found in shoes with holes. Such leaks suggest that resources are being lost through small and persistent openings. The dream of shoes with holes indicates a scattered strength.
The presence of torn shoes points to a slow and unheeded wear. This crumbling of the material suggests that the way of life is suffering from a lack of maintenance. A dream of shoes falling apart indicates a gradual weakening of one’s stance.
The verdict of a halted journey is reached when wearing broken shoes or witnessing shoes breaking. The sudden snap of a heel or the failure of a sole makes the path difficult to tread. The dream of wearing torn shoes shows a life met with hardship.
