Falling leaves signify the cyclical transitions of existence and the inevitable movement of time. This dream marks the shedding of what no longer sustains the vital spirit. It does not portend an end, but rather the necessary clearing of a path for what must follow.
The movement in this dream follows the law of descent. Such a process allows for the preservation of essence through the loss of the superficial. Falling leaves settle the spirit into a state of readiness for new beginnings.
For its more general meaning: Dream about trees
There was autumn leaves on pavement in small town, nearest town to the place I live. Yellow and brown leaves. I started to raking or sweeping them off the street. I went inside the building, it was place where were voluntary workers. They thought that I would keep on doing work for them(as I swiped the street). I told them I have too much going on in my own life, and have to help my mom too, so I wont do their work, even if they would pay some minor fee. When I looked outside window there was huge tree in some distant, with the most reddest leaves I have ever seen. It might have been a huge maple tree, with autumn red leaves. Striking, awesome sight. I had big, but light in weight, backpack with me at the town as I walked on the streets. I considered going to hairdresser. In real life I really like fall/autumn season, but it is winter here now with snow. TY:)
