My brother and I were on the run, when a red car from nowhere hit my brother down.I didn’t see, so I continued running but someone called for attention to the incident. I tried stopping the car but it quickly drove way. I looked at the number plate and only saw “or” written on the plate. When turned to my brother, I could see the car had run over his leg, and leg has become very soft. We held him up and he was able to take some steps, we started moving back to where we were running from.
