it’s like someone or something’s inside my body that i have difficulty on taking control of my own actions. it feels like im being possessed or controlled that i am unable to successfully control my own actions like to not chase and hurt or bite the people i am encountering. it’s like im a zombie that i am fully aware of what i am doing but can’t do anything.. i tried to stop chasing the person a little bit but i can’t really hold it longer, so ‘that’ something inside my body controls it again..
