Losing part of a jaw in a dream signifies a disruption in the capacity for speech and the means of sustenance. The root of the symbol concerns the power to hold and to bite, which establishes the foundation for both verbal expression and material provision. This dream marks a period where the ability to assert oneself or to maintain one’s position is compromised. The loss is not an end to everything, yet the grip on the means of living and the ways of the world is loosened.
A loss of this nature indicates that the authority of one’s words is being diminished. The strength of a person’s declaration is tied to the integrity of the bone that carries it. When this structure fails, the efficacy of communication is reduced. This dream points to a state where the defense of one’s interests is no longer firm. The ground upon which one lives is being shaken. The jaw in this dream governs the intake of food and the release of sound.
My bottom left jaw bone fell out with teeth in it. I was holding it in my cupped hands looking at it
Dear Reader,
Your dream is a hint for questions, value and endings. This dream symbolises you are asked to help with property or neighbor issues. You can find value in the least expected of places. Some important and significant stage in your life may be coming to an end.
I was given a new metal jaw made of like hematite- black shiny finish with a rainbow shine. I felt uncomfortable but then I looked in a mirror and realized it appeared as flesh & unchanged in appearance. I was resistant at first to accept this gift but then was convinced I should, as it both fit and worked much better than my original one, up to fixing my under bite (which I do not have in real life). Been getting a lot of dental work done in waking life too. If any insight, thank you.
