Hi, i had a dream that i have lump in my lower abdomen which is like a stone inside, i pulled the stone out which was not painfull but a hole in belly is open, i saw my stitches inside belly. After that the stone become a small turtle which is not moving. I was worried about my stomach open so i put a bandage on it.
