I dreamt that I was pulling metal nails out from between my toes and under my toes while sitting in a work boardroom. Some of the skin seemed to have healed around the nails whereas some of them were new and bloody.

I dreamt that I was pulling a small pin/nail that was at least a few inches long, out of the center of the back of my neck.
