I had a dream that I noticed some blackheads on my sister-in-law’s chin and I offered to remove them by pinching them. The blackheads were located underneath her nose and two on her chin. When I pinched the blackheads a bunch of black stringy wires come out of her face and I had to pull the rest of it out. When the wires were finally removed they were 1-2 inches long.

Dreamt a girl had these small black worms coming out of her forehead. Then they crawling towards me. I warned people to get an exterminator but no one listened. Then I got them in me.But only got them on my feet,they were all different types of worm looking insects, some tan colored thin, fat with ripples. Other very tiny faded blue bug like a tick?
