Had a dream. Small, painful, open wound on my shoulder with a couple small, white worms moving around. Got a pair of tweezers and started pulling them out. After about four worms they started getting bigger and colour changed, like a brown garden worm covered in dirt.

Worms were getting bigger, almost caterpiller size. Couldn’t grab them with tweezers, long, fat and bloody. Racing to get out on their own as I tossed them in the garbage. Finally it stopped. Wound was clean and no longer hurt.
