To see man’s running nose refusing to blow it

What does it mean to see a runny nose in dream?? I was at an elementary school art exhibit, seeing drawings of kids. I was looking for a person I was interested in. I did not find him. It was rainy n drizzly outside, evening almost dark. I realized I had to blow my nose. Rushed outside to blow. While blowing I realized that water is coming out of my right nostril and its getting added to the puddle(formed coz of rain) of water, and from left nostril very light bloody water just drips.
