This happened when I was sleeping after I heard my friend being emotionally affected about something. I sleep just on a mattress (no bed) and dreamt that I slowly slid down to the floor, rested with my face up and my body started spinning on the floor (was also floating) out of control for a few seconds and then I entered my body again. It felt like I was possessed by something. The out of control experience was scary but feels interesting now.
