Tahir FirasahSweeping leaves marks the clearing of what has already lived and passed. This dream signifies the necessary clearance of old cycles to allow for a new season. It is a process of tidying the ground of existence rather than a sign of creation.
The action of sweeping leaves directs the focus toward the shedding of previous experiences. This movement settles the mind on the conclusion of a period. A life finds its current order through the departure of what is no longer vital.
Dry leaves in a dream change the verdict to one of temporal transition. The brittle state of the foliage indicates that time is moving forward and leaving the past behind.
The act of raking leaves shows a hand working to prepare the earth. This labor turns the clearing into a purposeful arrangement of what remains.
For its more general meaning: Dream about trees
I saw all in my neighborhood outside their houses raking dry leaves. I noticed a man I am interested in, who doesnot live in the neighborhood, raking leaves too with a sad face. My child was telling me in surprise – “mom, look, who is raking leaves there”
