Tahir FirasahWinning an election is understood as the settling of a dispute through a formal choice. The root of the term implies a selection from many, which marks this dream as a movement toward resolution. This dream distinguishes a sharp division from a mere consensus.
A person’s standing is often the ground upon which this process rests. The dream points toward a moment where influence is determined by the outcome of a struggle. A loss in this dream carries the weight of disappointment. A victory brings the arrival of honor. The election settles the matter.
