Tahir FirasahAn old job signifies the resumption of a previous livelihood or a duty that has been left behind. The root of the symbol points to the weight of what is carried through daily labor. This dream marks a period where an abandoned obligation or a former station in life demands attention. It is not a sign of new beginnings but a turning toward what was already known.
The return to this duty is read as a movement toward a settled state. This dream does not signify a loss of progress, but rather the reclaiming of a former rank. A known order is restored through this repetition. An old job brings a restoration of what was once held.
Returning to a previous role in a dream adds the necessity of reclamation to the main reading. The act of going back indicates that a duty is being taken up again to settle what remains unfinished. This movement signifies the voluntary adoption of a former responsibility.
A past job appearing in a dream serves to ground the symbol in the reality of what has already been lived. It provides the context of a finished chapter that is now being revisited. The dream uses this history to define the current weight of duty.

As soon as the students started arriving some of the student were so happy to see me and one of them told me “ I should not leave them again”. My boss stood at the balcony and sent the manager(my superior) on an errand. The manager complained and requested to use my Boss’ car to run the errand, of which my boss did not decline his offer.
