My recent dream: I was in the passenger seat (rarely the case) and drove by two very large elk with locked horns dead along the side of the road. I woke up once we were past them. The visual keeps coming to mind frequently. There doesn’t seem to be a lot out there regarding elk dreams, especially with locked dead ones. Please help me figure this one out. Thank you!

My husband insisted on rescuing a dying elk we passed on the side of the road. He stuffed it into the backseat of the car between our two young, blood everywhere. It was past their bedtime and I kept saying we need to get them home. He was resentful that I didn’t want to rescue the elk, and told me he didn’t love me anymore and thought we should separate. We have a very strong, loving relationship and rarely argue, so this dream was unsettling.
