I was in something like a parking structure and I felt this thud under the car and I thought what was that? I pulled around and got out and said I am am so sorry I didn’t mean to run over it. I couldn’t make out the 2 people who were like darken and blurred standing to the side of the baby in the car seat. I looked at the baby in the car seat, it was fine dirt on it’s face with s strips of gauze like blanket crossed under eyes. The Face was visible easily and the baby seemed to glare at me
