A pastor that I know was preaching in a group somewhere. His focus was on mind and thoughts. He was saying “thoughts will come and stay on the mind. They stay for a while and they leave. They drift into flowing river of thoughts”. While he was saying that I was planning to ask him, “what should we do when thoughts kept lingering on the mind”. I don’t remember if I asked him.
