In my dream I gave someone, I’m really insecure with, a red water from a container full of stones and dirt. What does this mean?

I dreamt that I was in a shop for international foods. An African lady approached me and brushed my right hand/arm with a plant. I asked her why she said that someone would do anything for me from overseas, even murder for you?!!!! She then gave me some red berries to boil in hot water to drink. The drink was like mulled wine and had loads of bits of the berries at the bottom. Really bizarre. All I wanted to do was buy some food!
Sorry, I mentioned this dream today but it is seperate from other dream and I ran out of room: I was at the club with some people. They each started drinking this red icee drink in clear plastic cup one at time. It was alcoholic and drugged with opiates and stuff. They knew. One after another they puke. There was a section of auditorium seats. Everyone was having a good time. There was a cool cop. Someone accidently drop their red icee and a couple drops land on my lip. I became a little worried
