i watch movies when i sleep so i can visualize them while i’m falling asleep ti calm my mind. but when i closed my eyes i kept getting jump scared by the characters in the movie looking at me with wide eyes and a creepy wide smile. it was jarring and would shock me awake. then when i closed my eyes it would happen again. i didn’t sleep that night.
